to radi sam sustav (nesto kao hard kodirani smart contract u nasem monero forku), i ujedno je najljepsi dio sustava (bazirano na stakeu svakog reviewera, da se sprijece sybil napadi). opisano je u whitepaperu, ali te vaznije stvari cemo izvuc u kraci ulagacki paper koji ce uskoro biti na webu

moze siri kontekst, ne znam tocno od kud si to citirao? rani ulagaci ce dobivati tokene u pola cijene, a early reviewer..moguce da ce svi korisnici dobivati neki bonus na pocetku da se stvori network effect..klijenti, freelanceri i revieweri (samo tu treba pazit na sybil prijavljivanje, pa ce neka verifikacija prek drustvenih mreza vjerojatno postojati za te prijave. oni koji sudjeluju kroz anonimni stake naravno mogu ostat anonimni)


tokeni se koriste za sve u sustavu, u njima su sve stranke placene. ti tokeni ce biti srazmjerno migrirani na monero fork koji ce ciniti sam sustav. znaci samo ico ide na eth, sam sustav nece bit na eth mrezi zbog skalabilnosti..i jos nekih stvari poput anonimnih transakcija koje monero omogucava. kratica ce se znati uskoro. uskoro nakon ico-a tokenom bi se naravno trebalo moci trgovati. dividente ce dolaziti od % koji uzima sustav, koji ce biti oko 1-2%. minimum je 1 eth

I'm a freelancer myself, so I know first hand all the shit we accept like huge fees, cheating clients, blackmails through reviews etc, only because we have no alternative as of yet.

Tnx for ur opinion Firstly, we didnt say first freelancing.., but first fully scalable...if u read the whitepaper u will realize why this is a huge challenge.
Secondly, I respect what ethlance r doing, but I dont consider it full solution, as I said the key component is the dispute mechanism. Consensus mechanism is the biggest challenge for prediction markets such as Augur and Gnosis as well. So I view ethlance basically as data decentralized market with which u can use eth for payments, but it is not a complete blockchain system.
