Check if you're using wallet version 2.1.3. If not, download the latest version: https://github.com/scificrypto/CubitsV3/releases/download/v2.1.3/cubits.v213.win32.zip
Add the nodes with latest "last session" from http://cryptoguru.tk/NetworkInfo/index.php?Currency=QBT to your Cubits.conf.
Start your wallet again.
Does this help? If not, you might be on a fork that happened some weeks ago. Try to re-synch as vampirus suggested here (after having a backup from your wallet.dat, just to be on the safe side):

I think user IP 65.50.96.63 was on side chain and can't synch before delete old database,

Are you sure it's .1BTC not.01BTC otherwise the first one seems a much better deal.
