Hi guys,

I was thinking to buy a graphic card for mining. Nvidia 950, 960 or 970. Do you know what is the actual hashrate for these cards for x11, x13, x15, quark, lyra2rev2 ? I have free electricity and cooling so i do not care about the consumption and air conditioning.

thank you  Smiley

How to set the frequency at 970?
wut ?
970 is (I assume) the name of the card... otherwise you'll need to use either a tool to do it (MSI Afterburner or  EVGA precisionX)

Because everyone is using my fork:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ccminersp-mod-modded-nvidia-maxwell-pascal-kernels-826901

I have private miners for a small donation in most algos.

gtx 750ti strix (core clock 1240):
ccminer12: 4700
sp-mod priv: 6325 (+34%)

gtx 970 g1:
ccminer12: 10300
sp-mod priv: 17800 (+72%)

gtx 960 strix:
ccminer12: 6600
sp-mod priv: 10900 (+65%)
which algo ?
how much donation ?

This is the quark algo, but all algos have been optimized.

0.1BTC donation is enough. (windows exe file) (The exefile has all algos in ccminer optimized.)

I also have these kernals for sale:

0.1BTC: Spreadcoin (10-20% faster): (with sourcecode linux compatible)
0.1BTC: Pentablake (100-120% faster): (windows exe)
0.1BTC: Cryptonight (10% faster): (windows exe)

Activity seems pretty low regarding mining with nvidia cards - despite the upgrade to the 900 series. Is that correct or is everyone mining the hell out of some coin with a private miner?
Some are. It's the only way to make profit, unless you run on free electricity.
Thanks, who offers private miners (despite w0lf)?
Any recommendations for coins to try with the 900s cards, btw? I assume some are more effective than others.

Why ?
Windows 8.1 (970+960)-32Mhs
Windows 10 (970+960)-12Mhs
ethminer-cuda-0.9.41 ethereum
How to stabilize the hash to W10?

uninstall W10
whats wrong with win 10 lol besides all the logging it does.

PM sent.
About coins: there are some small ones which are more profitable than using nicehash or a multipool like hashpower, but people won't tell you which ones, because the diff is very low and, if other miners come in, they'll loose the edge.

Thank you a lot!

ICO? Not even once.
Hi everyone!

I have GeForce GTX 960 Strix 2GB. I want it to mine litecoin.

Is it sufficient just to install cudaminer?

TLDR; Litecoin is using the Scrypt algorithm which is not profitable at all by GPUs (eg. waste of money) for a long time now, look into other altcoin algorithms (x11, qubit, neoscrypt, etc).

I have a GTX 650ti 2GB.

Which version would be best for getting this thing up and running?

The SP_MOD fork is focussed on Maxwell. The more optimized it gets the less compatible
it is with older architectures.

I recommend the TPruvot fork for best compatibility.
