What is m7 ?

I asked the same, was told, and didn't care because it wasn't important xD
Honestly i forget
it is a lot of work debugging  for something which basically worth nothing (anymore...)

Yeh I guessed it would be. The crypto world is moving too fast for people to dev properly

Maybe should spend sometime to "prepare" for 800 series miner.
if someone send me a sample before it hits the store, I'll be happy to prepare for it...

Look like windows miner for xcn is out in test phase https://www.dropbox.com/sh/56lnq52g4gny0m0/AADMJa2QTMSSc4g9gx1BfWIla

Virus detected in this d/l
take the link from xcn thread if you are unsure

That link is from xcn thread, xcn dev bitfreak link.

I have strange situation, when my miner work alone on desktop hashrate per card is about 3.2mh, but if i open some internetexplorer few tabs on screen my
hashrate go up and stay on 3.6mhs all time explorer window is open Smiley
I have 5x750ti on taht rig
Win 7 latest drivers 340.52

For once microsoft has nothing to do with that, it is rather gmp dev team who refuse to make (or rather maintain) a gmp version compilable with Visual Studio.

So technically mpir is rather a moron free gmp... (and work as well on linux)
oh i see... no problems switching to sci-libs/mpir package Wink

ah ah some progress (I borrowed Catia multiplication... mine was causing too much memory throttle which is bad with the small memory bus of the 750ti and will be bad with the future gtx8xx  >Sad)
  m7 cudaminer 9.8MHash/s (on 780ti)
  m7 ccminer   10.7MHash/s (on 780ti)

I need to reboot before testing the 750ti (did crash a lot today... )

What is m7 ?
cryptonite's algo
@djm34: will you update your git tree with it?
Still a few things to check and lots of cleaning after that yes.
Be prepared to install mpir (visual studio friendly gmp equivalent) if you want to compile ccminer after that update.
microsoft free here Smiley

Great Job djm34.
Let's hear those 750ti numbers then.  Smiley

Well strangely, his/her cudaminer is doing better 4MH/s against 3.78MH/s

But cudaminer does not work well with my system, if I run it with 2 thread, the 780ti is also doing 4MHash/s rather than 9MHash/s

So on my particular system, it is
gtx780+gtx750 = 8.5MHash/s  against 14MHash/s with ccminer.

Something really strange with cudaminer is that 780ti gpu usage is below 50%

I dont think so.. I have an i5 4690k and 8gb of RAM at 1600mhz.. no hardware problem , it seems a software crash..does ccminer require cuda sdk?

Run 6 istance of ccminer has no sense.. if i want to solo mine or instamine i need to run only one istance of ccminer with the power of 6 thread..I need to understand what i have to do to run 6 750ti in one istance of ccminer.. anyone do it? Maybe you Amph?

i don't have cuda just 6 x 750 plugged, with the last drivers

check the temps maybe, or perhaps the OC, try at default first

just try default settings.. temps are really good, one card @ 52° and the others 5 cards under 48°.. latest drivers 340.52..this is the result:

snip

GPU2 crashed.. if i stop ccminer and run it again without gpu2, it will crash again..instead, if i run it again with GPU2 it will not crash but GPU goes around 400khash instead of 2800.. im begining crazy

remove the gpu2 from her slot and try a different card

What are you trying to mine?
Did you try the latest version of ccminer or nvminer?

Every time your driver crashes and you get the bogus hashes you need to restart your pc or else your hashing will be extremely low on the card that crashed and sometimes the whole lot produce lower hashes.

i now that, but i cannot restart my pc every 10 minutes.. altough, pool receives 2-3 megahash less compared with normal ccminer activity.. so i think that is better leave ccminer "crashed" with 11-12 megahash rather then goes around 14-15 megahash and restart pc every 10 minutes.. are u agree? Smiley

i dont know nvminer, what is it?
