hu ? Are you the one asking the question and wanting to do the manip ?

what he means is that he has the motherboard basically by itself with no power button atall. he wants to jump the power button pins to get it to start (mimic power button press)

I understood that... but if he has the manual, well it will be written how to wire it...

looking into my manual it says 6 and 8 (standard I/O connectivity design)

     ° 9
6 ° ° 7
8 ° ° 5
4 ° ° 3
2 ° ° 1

just need to short 6 and 8

I know. I think he is getting confused that you connected the + to -. He thought you connect the + power and resets together

btw, I tried k-boost but it didn't work. actually the core clock is normally boosted when ccminer runs, it is just the mem clock which downclocks...
need to find a way to trigger the p0 level...

I use precision ATM. Its not too bad
what would be "bad" for you ? The program would run in the background with no way for the user to interact with it ? (which is, in my opinion, the next step... while displaying an even larger picture on your screen...

edit: ok I tried but it doesn't work. precision X, says it changes the clock, but looking at the graph shows no difference... (and the hashrate remains the same)
bad is not doing anything Wink
yeh mine never changed on my 780 either, but it worked perfectly for my 750ti's
have you tried enabling k-boost? it removes any gpu overwrites and keeps the card running at exactly what you set 24/7? its under voltage control
