That's what I think he may be doing. Announce the roadmap, do nothing to present it and abandon the coin for a while, then wait for the price to drop, buy as much as he can, then reappear and announce the roadmap again, as well as Yobit, etc. Then wait for the coin's price to increase again, and BAM - dump everything. I hope I'm wrong.
