Denarius v2.0.0.0 (MANDATORY UPDATE)

New Denarius Hybrid Masternodes and PoS Fix!
What does it mean that the masternodes are "hybrid"?
They are a portion of both PoW and PoS block rewards. (33%)
I got error while compile in Ubuntu 16.04.
Here is error message.

compilation terminated.

I successfully compiled last release before v.2.0.0.0
I finally compiled wallet with trial and error. Here is the answer.

I'm still syncing my wallet and its only 56% in 24 hours, I'm just wondering is this normal for it to take this long? I'm wondering if my internte connection has something to do with it taking a long time to sync as I have been watching the sync process and sometimes I see it pause for 20 or 30 seconds and then starts syncing again. It does this a lot and just wondering if all wallets are doing this or is it because my internet connection is maybe slow, I have cable internet where I live.
Yea vella, it can take awhile to sync up especially if you are way behind. This is something we do want to fix in the future or optimize.
Best thing you can do to ensure it syncs properly and quicker is adding a ton of other node connections. The more connections you have the more reliable the sync.
Also the Denarius macOS v2 QT Wallet is now available too: https://github.com/carsenk/denarius/releases/download/v2.0/Denarius-2.0.0.0.dmg
Does that still need to go in a denarius.conf file? I don't have one in my current install location, but I can create one if that's still the way to do it. Currently I have 18 connections and it looks like it syncs about 10% per hour at the current rate.
Yea it is certainly just slow in general to sync, we are going to try to optimize it much more or come up with a better method in the future.
You would typically add nodes like "addnode=nodeip:port" in your denarius.conf as usual. Sometimes downloading the bootstrap and then importing it can be faster for some than directly syncing.

That is a good idea as I'm sure more and more newbies will be joining the DNR community in the weeks and months to come so it needs to be easier for them once they start coming in and downloading the wallets. I have over 60 active connections right now so I'm thinking it could be my internet connection that is holding it up from syncing faster. Keep up the good work!

My new wallet is up and running. It took the better part of a day but the sync is complete and everything seems right as rain!

what would the staking rate be for say 1000 coins?
Once the new PoS kicks in, 6% annual. So you get about 5 DNR /month approx.

Successfully compiled DNR-2.0.0.0 for our pool.
Currently syncing afresh and as such, have put the pool into 'maintenance mode'. We will restart the pool as soon it is back up to sync, and restart our own test mining with this new daemon.

Wallet showing zero connection. also tested to transfer from cryptopia and those are also pending since 10 mins?
I have just replaced old exe file of the wallet with the new one, didn't change anything else in roaming folder and all is working with 6 active connections.
Did you start from the scratch or you already have old wallet that was working?
