Dead project? No, it isn't. Although DCN can use some crucial improvement, but their project is not dead yet. Their price in ETH in increasing, and soon thr BTC-DCN price will follows.

The current state of this coin at the exchanges suggests that this one is not a good investment to be engage with, but there still some time for the dev to take some actions and bring this coin into something profitable.
