Yes, I'm an asshole
So any reason why it is doing so well lately? I don't see any special news or releases...

Because a lot of dental clinic started adopting and applying dcn? Other than that, a possible reason is a spark of price increment causing the market to panic, a FOMO that's followed by people holding them, creating another ripple effect of price increment. Plus, there's an article about this few posts ago, I just can't find them.

Yes yes probably, I've been following my investments the way I should Smiley really exciting, but the articles I've read have been published quite some time ago (I mean in crypto-terms, so a week or two), and I am a bit surprised to see how market is following relatively slowly.

edit: I've read a lot of articles of very low quality too, by the way. Some of those links came from DCN itself, and that was horrible advertising, I can tell ya.

I personally think this coin is really good, they come with a real world feature, it just their total supply is the greatest downfall (I think I kept saying this, but that's because this is my main concern with them). If only they would burn at least half of the total supply, or lock them for eternity, or throw them to limbo, investors will not be too doubtful to hold and accumulate, which will make the coin price increases a lot

Very novel project, this is the first project I have ever known for dental things. In some the third world, hospital resource is really critical for the people.
I will look at the whitepaper to know how they combine the dental things with blockchain.

It's simple, a dentist can accept a horse, cat dog for payment if he wants. Dentacoin is not illegal to use. The US considers it property you can invest in and have to pay taxes for. There is Disney dollars and Kohl's cash (My wife loves these!!) that have been used for years, same thing.
The positives for the Dental office or other medical office is they will have more customers not worried about being in network or not and won't be paying 3% credit card fees. Opens up a whole new demographic for them.

I really love your idea. You really hit it man...

+1!!

I´ve bought 100k coins and planning to hodl, I really think it´s highly underrated.

this coin is issued in the trillions and if we take not less than a million, and then billion, then the profit will be noticeable

It will be noticable right now as during this period, they only releases certain amount (I forgot the exact number) that is only small part of the whole supply. So it is a good time to gain profit as we currently had "limited" supply this year

First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold
How are you going to connect dental services providers if they tend to price their services completely differently?

Each office will charge what they want like a free market not controlled by the insurance companies. I see this as a coin/tool used throughout the dental industry. Dental offices can purchase supplies via auto replenish and charge for services using Dentacoin. It could also double as an accounting system records keeping in a way. It will be MUCH cheaper to pay with Dentacoin than paying for insurance, deductibles and Co-pays. It's currently cheaper to pay cash at dental and medical offices here in the US. It absolutely makes sense to me.

I hope you are right but still, I don't know how this could work because of taxes and insurance companies. People pay by FIAT and actually, they only payback to the insurance company so until Dentacoin will not be 100% legal there will be no way to use it in the dental industry for payments or even purchases. Please explain if I am wrong.

This coin exists for months now. At least look up some things before asking questions that have been asked over and over again.

holding 225k DCN, I hope this is not a simple pump & dump and in the long term it worths something

Dentacoin could be a door opener for using crypto in the medicine industry in the future but implementing it in the real world will be a real challenge, I think the project looks great, team looks solid, not too sure about the coin supply trillions I think it's a bit crazy but who knows, I guess the supply is that big for a reason, I think this is one of the best long term projects I've seen posted here but it could take a good 5-10 years until we really see it in action, if you have some spare money just buy a ton and let it sit there don't touch it, don't expect quick gains with this one.
the team collected a lot of the crypts to look respectable. now the question is will they last long in a very low price range, if possible, then begin a gradual increase.
