Yes, the total supply is 8,000,000,000,000, but only 2,000,000,000,000 or so were circulating for now. The rest of 6 trillion (6,088,888,888,888 to be exact, according to wp) will be released gradually every year. You can read about the detailed percentage of releases on their WP.

The market price per DCN was much higher, but our intention to have a low price for the ICO is to give equal access to everyone to join.

Hello and thanks for researching details about Dentacoin. Actualy, we are having an ICO and the so-called wall is part of the ICO supply. A soon as the ICO is over, this order will be removed and the market will be left with the actual circulating supply.
