You guys should really stop talking about the premine being unlocked vs daily volume. Its a stupid argument. Before they cratered the price of Dero being stupid.. daily volume was over 100k a day. You're literally saying 'I don't care about the unlocked premine because today its doesn't matter and the future is irrelevant. What is today.. will remain forever!' If the price picks up and the volume returns that premine being unlocked could be a very big deal.. one that is completely avoidable by doing what you said you did in the first place.

A fair point; the premine amount is relatively high to many coins in percentage terms, but since there wasn't an ICO the premine is what will be used to pay for marketing, exchange listing fees, website development, other assorted bounties and, yes, to hopefully make the dev team filthy rich.

Since I am a Libertarian at heart I don't mind the high premine percentage (~10% of total supply) and much prefer it to an ICO (or worse - masternode sales) where a huge amount of money is available immediately, leaving precious little incentive for the dev team to keep working.

That's my opinion, anyway.

I know which evidence you're referring to, but I'm afraid I remain uncompelled to believe they're the same devs. In fact, I used the same logic when someone impersonated the ETNX developer and claimed Captain was a co-developer. Apparently it is not uncommon for these projects to be appended with... Hmm, well you know.

Regarding the actual project, perhaps you think the fact that it has 10sec blocks is also compelling. Let me say that there doesn't appear to be anything revolutionary about this project. The block time was changed to 10 seconds and it suffers from the same double spend problems & orphan problems any CryptoNote coin does. In fact, with a settlement time of 100 seconds, "BTCN" should be highly vulnerable to attack.

I am afraid your discord tag was well earned. Please seek more evidence before continuing to FUD this project.
