good luck with it, I hope you get them back... though under the dgex terms and conditions, they
don't belong to you
That's true and it has not been enforced yet. It may need to be enforced for fraudulent accounts, as the operation is suffering constant bombarding of the most clever ways of swindling anyone could ever come up with.

All genuine funds with no fraud belong to the account holders. You got your money, right? Why do you voice your doubt we would not pay someone else? Do you have an agenda?

I waited nearly 2 weeks for a response, for what should have been
the simplest of problems (first deposit into account)... if that's any indication, you may need to be prepared
for a much longer wait yet.

good luck with it, I hope you get them back... though under the dgex terms and conditions, they
don't belong to you:

"Once a deposit is made, the funds transferred become the property of DGEX.com and
the client can hold no claim for the funds displayed on their DGEX.com account..."

"Refund Policy: While DGEX.com is aiming for bona fide operationability, there are no refunds.
All deposits are considered final purchases of digital tokens within the DGEX.com database only."

Dgex has frozen my deposit for 364k nxt

Has this happened to anyone else? I am freaking out because its alot of BTC worth and they are saying something about fraud on their account.

I hope I get it back!

Can't say I've had it happen to me. GCInc has always been responsive for me - I'd be surprised if it doesn't get sorted out.

I have an NXT withdrawal PENDING since 2014-01-05 21:25:47
Sorry! With the recent incidents we were careful with larger withdrawals, and yours was accidentally skipped in yesterday's batch runs. Thanks for your understanding.
Got it thx!

How can I transfer NxT from Dgex to Dgex? The account numbers are the same?
For now it's best to make a withdrawal and then deposit again.

Any idea when the fees will be reduced? Current withdraw fee for NXT at 0.9% seems insane.

Thanks

The fees will go down when there's competition. IMO, what isn't acceptable is the amount of time it takes to process a withdrawal or deposit. If we're paying 0.9-1.4% for withdrawals and deposits, they should at least be performed quickly.

Going to try some XRP/NXT trading and see how well that works.

Can anyone tell what happened with DGEX.
When will it be fixed?

I presume you're talking about the same message that we're all seeing:

"Trading has been halted due to automated attacks on the DGEX trading platform. Thank you for your patience while we work on enabling trading ASAP."

In the meantime, until DGEX recovers there is www.nxtchg.com - anyone know who runs this platform? I threw 0.1 BTC on it for testing - so far so good.

***Edit*** - seems that trading has been re-enabled.

Does this mean the 0.17% transaction fee shown in FEES page is not applied yet?

Is the transaction fee in DGEX still 0?
i just put an order and found that:

Sell NXT:    100.00000000 BTC
Unit price:    0.00007380 BTC
Fee 0.0%:   0.00000000
Total price:   0.00738000 BTC
Expiry on:    2014-01-06 02:23:59

Does this mean the 0.17% transaction fee shown in FEES page is not applied yet?

Honestly, the trading volume reported by DGEX is highly suspicious.

If you look at comparables like Ripple and Mastercoin that have their own exchanges,  DGEX has 10 times larger volume.   In fact,  DGEX has volume larger than both Quark and DOGE combined!

I seriously doubt that there is that much BTC deposited in DGEX to support this kind of trade volume.

This is all fake, is it?...... https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmpuZa3xuvmzdFVVZjRrRi1zYXdwSENsaFRkd3lCTmc&usp=sharing&richtext=true#gid=0

Yes, I suspect the BTC used to purchase the NXT is fake.  The reason I do say this is that the volume really can't be believed.  Volume more inline with Mastercoin or Ripple would be more likely.

The coins that come in and out of my DGEX account seem real to me. Tongue There are 722 pages of posts on the NXT thread on bitcointalk - it's not hard to believe that there's a lot of trading volume based upon community interest.
Together with early adopters selling off, and the rate of rise of NXT accounts, the figures are consistent as far as im concerned.
