When the wallet is encrypted it won't let you mine.
How do you get around that?

It is something to do with POS/POW if I remember correctly. I think there is some command you do to unlock the wallet. I can't find anything to unlock it.
I was thinking you could transfer your .dat to another computer and retrieve your wallet, then do a fresh install on your mining PCs. Then when you get a block, you send it to your secure wallet.
