For me its really shady to start project and go on vacation for 2 days+ after you cashed some money.
7.5 btc are not chump change at all - for some people is life changing money.
The strange thing is that the dev sold only 25 000 coins, but he has many more from the premine, so there is no logic he will just cash out and abandon the project.
