the answer is:

we dont want to shift trading volume we want to reach new users who might use livecoin but dont use bittrex
additional https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitrage might create extra trading volume on both exchanges

bitcoin raised again but this time DMD market did not overreact

yes price lowered but it stay around 0.30$ so we back to our old $ stability
and that together with 25% POS income per year
is a sign have DMD in a cryptoportfolio is a great decision
