I run Diamond version v2.1.0.3 which got stuck some time ago, so I deleted the blockchain and wanted to re-download, but now I got stuck even further in time at 136499 block.
Any idea please?

sync issues with 2.1.0.3 are the reason 2.1.0.4 is mandatory update
u can speed up sync time by use a presynced chain

someone can do bot for DMD for Telegram analogue @BitcoinXbot for Bitcoins?
any such project connected with real DMD network would be wasted done before DMD 3.0 release
beause the codebase change so much u would have to do ur work basicall again to update it
beside this im not impressed by that bot its just using exchange API its not a wallet ist just reading ur exchange balance
and u can do that mobile anyway via normal browser
