Not yet, but this also very much depends on how much demand there is. A market w/o liquidity is pretty bad..

Perhaps the question on decentralized exchange was more related to client software. Going to a website to trade is not exactly decentralized. Is such software planned so users can download and trade from their own computers with such software hooked to the dogecoin blockchain running on the same computer? I believe Counterparty has a GUI wallet. Or is Dogeparty going to be all website based?
