You mean they have already broadcasted the transaction and it' pending on the Ethereum network, or does the pending status only appear on the website/app?

If nothing is done, I suggest you open up a scam accusation. I hope they come around soon and solve this issue.

Hi, thank you for your participation and support. I sent them a private message.
They only need to remove the pending status from my transaction.
Outgoing transactions are successfully sent from their address 0xAfadc4302f07e9460Eb4c31ec741C0f3e308fF3a.
At their other address 0xc168062C9c958E01914C7e3885537541dBB9ED08 – there is no Eth left.

Maybe someone knows what the problem is with BTXPRO.COM with support and withdrawal of ETH to an external wallet.
I can't withdraw my Eth as the withdrawal is stuck pending and has been in this status for seven days. The support is silent and just stupidly does not respond to any of my many appeals. I have been working on this platform for three years and usually, such problems were solved in an hour, well, or a maximum of a day.
Advise me what to do, I'm just desperate.😳😶

I haven't been following, it seems they rebranded, and they even never bothered to update about the new developments (I have just seen the announcement)? The original domain just redirects to BTX. Their representative here seems to have been offline since May 18. Send them PM, maybe they will get an email notification about your message and come around.

It has been more than five days since I sent a ticket to the support service via the web interface to the address https://btxpro.com/en/support .
To date, the problem has not been solved and there is no response from support. Please help solve the problem. My Ethereum transaction 5+ ETH dated 06/07/2022 10:22 is stuck in the “pending” status.
I sent mail to the following email address: [email protected] as specified in “Terms of use” but the mail server reports that mail cannot be delivered to this address.
What the hell does this all mean.

Hi, why don't you send my transaction 5+ ETH from 06/07/2022 10:22. All reasonable deadlines have passed, and the transaction status is still “pending". All my numerous requests to the support service remain unanswered. Just return the assets to my account so that I can resend them, or do it yourself manually, as you did before.
