Well, this is a good opportunity for small investors but still not very small investors because it is fixed 25 eth which is not very small number still way affordable comparing to 100 eth.

Reminds me a bit of the IPO process. Does this mean iFinex is the underwriter, guaranteeing the DUSK team a 1M investment while making a modest profit selling their tokens to small investors?
They shouldn't be making any profit on the small investors. Everyone should get the same price.

Yes a listing on bitfinex can be areally good thing, especially with the current market, it’s really hard to be listed and to have enough visibility to attract investors. Dusk network seems to interest a lot of people, I think the potential is good.
In today's market, getting out of an IPO, regardless of the outcome, and being committed to the listing in an exchange, is a huge differential of its competitors, we will still see in this sale a good reflection related to this agreement

Out of those three points is there still something that need to be finalized? I mean the research part is now over and you "just" need to translate everything to code or still some technical problem need to be solved before?
Mainly coding. Some things are of course harder to code than others but so far development is going strong!
Do you already set a date (I would say a quarter) for a tentative test net launch? Do you think that will happen in Q1 next year or after that?
Our Testnet is scheduled for Q1 next year. We will release the Devnet this quarter
for how long testnet will be? i mean, testing periode. and, when devnet will be announced? november or december?
