While I think EMU is going to be a success and have invested quite a bit in it I still think BTC will survive and keep growing to new heigths. BTC will be the internet Gold/store of value, and EMU will be the internet currency. In addition my magic crystal ball is saying that a lot of scamy altcoins will die an ugly death.

Maybe your ball is true.. I guess only BTC/LTC/QRK/MSC/EMUNIE will survive

With the integrated features it has huge potential to make BTC outdated!

lol... i was reading it think it was due for June next year.. and i thought wow thats pretty great that they were taking it so seriously.. dint realise it was june this year until the 2nd page.. So am guessing its pretty much a dead project

You're being slanderous. Why is it so wrong for an online-currency to be publicly funded before launch, but OK for thousands of projects on Kickstarter and Indiegogo? What's the essential difference here? The developer's working on this full time.
