basically:
we pay 45million USD to upload them our best trade strategyes.
And them we give back our ENG tokens to run our bots.
Repeat

Given the fact that I cannot find 1 single strategie on the catalyst alpha website.
Then fact that the website looks like a cheap wordpress template.
The fact that they talk about privacy of data and got triple hacked (DNS, Slack, EMail)
The fact that they talk about trade and market, and raised the cap 4 days before token sale (financial education anyone?)
The fact that this "enigma" tech is still unproven tech, there is no working example and may never will.
The fact that lead developer Connor left some weeks ago, to work on lightning labs (jumped out of this sinking boat).
The fact the the other creator of Enigma project inside Mit, Mr. Nathan, jumped out of the boat a year ago.
The fact that now the project is run by Tor, a very nice dude, but a marketing strategist at "snapchat" (lol)

Hi I have several questions regarding the upcoming ICO

1)   Why did you increase the ENG tokens supply? – Such dramatic increase has to have reasonable explanation
2)   Will you charge membership fee for basic use of your platform (If yes how does the ICO participants/ENG Holders benefit)
3)   What is the benefit/motivation holding ENG Tokens Long term for investors?
Since ENG is utility token the main purpose is:

Primary purpose: ENG is used to access data sources on the decentralized Enigma Catalyst Data Marketplace. Payment is on subscription level.
Secondary purpose: ENG tokens are used for incentives to grow and ensure stability of the network. ENG tokens are used to create demand in the data marketplace: Reward tokens are provided to quants with winning strategies. This incentivizes more quants to come on the platform and consume data to refine their strategies and gain an edge.

I do not find this as a sufficient motivation for long term investment. Is there other mechanism for ENG token to gain value over time.

4)   Will some of the ENG Tokens collected via subscription be burned?  How the ENG Tokens collected via subscription is redistributed.
5)   Jurisdiction where entity holding ICO is incorporated and name of the entity.

I appreciate your clarification.
I noticed that some of the seasoned crypto investors I am in touch opted out from ENG Token purchase I hope that clarifying the points above will help to the rest of us to make up our minds.
