Basically i myself hates postponed launch but somehow see reasons behind delays and extension, this is a crucial matter, we don't want people who put their trust on us get mad coz of not meeting their expectation. We will deal with this matter carefully and according to our investors opinion. thanks for understanding and insights about this.
People are now basically waiting till the end of the deadline almost all IPO coins behave the same, you have the profit seekers waiting till just before the deadline so they get a better estimate of how much the price will be per coin at the end of the IPO . If you extend the IPO just after the original IPO time has ended you might end up creating a lot of angry investors that were expecting it to be over and now their funds are held longer (althou on a technicality it is mentioned that the IPO date may be extended anyways)
But the extension should be mentioned before the original deadline passes many hours before if possible, maybe 12 or more.
With that said, if there are a few people who are definitely showing interest and able to invest a few days after the deadline and are trying to gather funds, i would personally say extend it. This is a pretty big idea , the more investment in the beginning gives this coin a better chance of thriving and also speeding up the development of everything.

I consider that in extension of IPO there is no need. My opinion - all who wanted to invest, already made it or will make today, tomorrow, after all and so passed nearly a month. I participated in couple of projects where extension of IPO in the majority of cases to anything good didn't lead, some investors demanded the means back. And you as the responsible ERMIS team have to adhere to plans. Ahead more than days, think until the end of IPO about ten investors will make the contribution to this "the giving are reliable" the project. 5-7 BTC and maybe more on any will be.))
yes i understand what you a wanted to say reason why the team is asking the investors consent about this, since someone requested for extension reason that their BTC aren't ready before the IPO ends, as much as we wanted to gather more fund to the project we can't ignore our early investors too. I also agree for the extended IPO, i want to participate as i stated earlier but can't now. And i doubt your plans can come to life with such a small investment.
Can you guys put up a vote between the actual investors, either way i'd probably buy my share off the market but i'd wish to have mine directly from the IPO. How long would you consider extending the IPO if the investors agree?

I also agree for the extended IPO, i want to participate as i stated earlier but can't now. And i doubt your plans can come to life with such a small investment.

We are carefully planning this thing, we don't want to have negative implication doing this stuff, but if the investors demand it why not! 1 vote rule regardless of investment (Let's do it the cooperative way) For now let's just see if majority of the investors support the idea.
All i can see is a great project here there is no harm in extending the IPO for a week! Other investors have rights to know about this great plan!

yeah, small extend is ok, i'm quite active in many recent ICO/IPO but i only know this ICO yesterday, i'm planning to present this to investor board in my startup to gather extra 0.5 to 2 BTC but only if there is enough time left.

the thing is we are in discussion with a couple of different parties outside of the forum. We were in talk with some potential investors. We are talking about face to face.
The Indonesian team Coinkita is holding their own local ESCROW right now also. As you can see we have a lot going on offline but we shouldn't have neglected the forum implication.

No probs, I believe this coin deserves much more investment, hopefully these last 2 days deliver some interest, this isn't a nooby account asking for money for a coin with a roadmap that only has 2 or 3 features all already open sourced and ready to copy and paste into the coins code, It has direction and ideas that are different from most if not all other crypto's , From a Dev/team that has experience and credibility in the crypto space.
Edit : might help if you put IPO and days remaining in the title (or any other 3 letter word ICO and such) I didn't think it was a IPO coin at first , saw it and was curious and to my surprise saw it was an IPO coin , had to wait 12 hours to withdraw from masterxchange before being able to invest.......god dam masterxchange lol
there is proof on investment but i think IPO might catch peoples eye more or a counter down of hours remaining

I'd also like to know that, i am very interested into investing a bit into this but i have just remembered about this ipo 2 days ago and have no funds atm. 4-5 days of extension would be possible?
We have been thinking about a small extend also , since we haven't been able to attract any attention until lately.
The IPO is moving well the past 48 hours, we will see how it goes in the next 48 hours. Were all about the investors so this will be a global decision which will allow them to have a word on this matter.
