the confusion I think many people are having are the names ESP and ESP2, at novaexchange its called ESP2 but on coinexchange its called ESP.

from what i understand both novaexchange and coinexchange are EPS2 coins although coinexchange calls it EPS and not EPS2.

Sorry to hear that, but there is nothing you can do.
Espers got swapped to Espers2 on 10/1 ratio late last year and there was 3 months window to do it. 1 month notification time and 2 months for actual swap.
Espers1 blockchain is dead, you can't sync it.

I have 2 problems:

My wallet is out of sync, it stops in 24 weeks to complete sync, what I have to do

And...

I mined some espers in april, 2016 and forget about it, now I see the price growing, and I want to sell, but I read that is espers 2, what is that mean? I should convert "espers 1"?

(all of my coins is in my local wallet what I don't know to sync)

You don't need to encrypt your wallet, but only open it. In fact you need to "unlock" your wallet before getting stakes, if it is encrypted.

There is no minimum amount, although in practice you'll only receive stakes a few times a year if you have a very small amount. Better to use POSWallet in that case.
