I bought some Espers and transferred them to my wallet. It synced and the correct amount is showing. Now, how do I store it offline? I copied "Espers-qt.exe" on USB stick and tried it on another computer to see if it's working, and it's showing 0 Espers balance. Does it have to sync again?

where did you buy it?  Yobit has old ESP1 which now is worthless

8pool is the official pool for espers since launch.
Over time I saw a high interest for multipools like zpool.ca and minertopia.
Do you want 8pool to become a multipool?
Given the great interest in this coin, they are sad to see that there are few miners  Cry and above all the poolhash power is low.  Cry
This leads to considerably increasing the time to find blocks already difficult with the system implemented by cryptocoderz but it works very well.
I accept tips on ... and if it's better to have a single or multicoin pool ...?

thx

ps: unlocked miners in pool.  please dont forget your password and PIN
yes

Is 8pool really a scrypt pool? If so I can send some hash power

Which video cards to use for the best mining espers?

A guide to mine ESPERS with a CPU or GPU

CPU:
Download a miner from
http://cryptomining-blog.com/7805-new-c ... m-support/

Extract the files to a folder on your desktop, and locate the RUN-AMD or RUN-INTEL file, (CHOOSE WICH CPU YOU HAVE)
Right click the chosen file, and edit it
Change after: -o stratum+tcp://stratum.minertopia.org:3747 -u YOUR ESPERS WALLET ADDRESS -p c=ESP -t AMOUNT OF THREADS YOU WANT TO USE
If you want to utilize your whole CPU, remove the -t part.
Run the .bat file you chosen (based on wich brand CPU you have)
Enjoy, you are now mining!

GPU (NVIDIA)

Download a miner from
https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases
Extract the files to a folder on your desktop
Choose one .bat file, right click it and hit edit.
it should look like this

ccminer-x64 -a HMQ1725 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.minertopia.org:3747 -u YOUR ESPERS WALLET ADDRESS -p c=ESP
pause

Save and exit, and run the .bat file
Enjoy, you are now mining with GPU

GPU (AMD)

Make the .bat like this:

set GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0

set GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100

set GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

sgminer.exe --kernel hmq1725 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.minertopia.org:3747 -u yourESPadresshere -p c=ESP

SGminer with HMQ1725 algo
http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/sgminer-hmq1725/

----------------------------------------

Once you have it up and running, start playing with your intensity to fine tune and extract more hash from your GPU. In general, any R9 series AMD can go up to I=17 without troubles. Beyond that, you will get a lot of heat, power draw and even computer instability. Most recent AMD you can mine HMQ1725 with would be an R9 390 based.

If you can find a watercooled 295x2 for a reasonable price, I encourage you to grab it. Two GPUs in the same card plus efficiencies at memory access level make those cards fantastic performers. Also twin watercooled 390s but those run expensive.
R9 Nanos are interesting and efficient powerwise but still expensive.
Also good old 280Xs are a good choice. Contained power draw, same hashing power than most 290s and best part of it: CHEAP!
No miner to mine with the newest cards yet I know of.

Nvidias... the more recent the better since last ccminer performs like a charm. 1080, 1080ti will hash like demons. Expensive though.

hi all ...

can anyone tell me the average hashrate for a 1080 and 1080ti is please? ...

#crysx

For 1080 ti, seems to be around 7227KH per card. I have still much testing to do with other software/config but I get those numbers.

Hello people, I been reading an article about Espers and took my attention.

I would like to help out with the project setting a node/masternode when it's released. But seems it will be a cap of about 25 Million which is pretty huge to afford atleast for me.

Making numbers, putting my rig of nvidias gtx 1080 ti working 24/7, would take 5 years to achieve 25M.

I been reading a lot of pages on this thread, and lot of people seems to hold a huge bag of Milions.

How did you achieve such quantity in less than a year a half?

Is there any kind of giveaway going on?

Would be willing someone to sell me Espers on a decent price in order to set up a masternode when it's released?

Thanks

Your friendly neighborhood Crypter.
Did anybody try the bootstrap for the wallet?

I used the bootstrap to sync my wallet two days ago and it works just fine. Took less than 1 hour to fully sync with the network (i added nodes aswell).
Thanks for responding.  And yes it does work.  My wallet is synced.

anyone mining with a NVIDIA GPU on Windows 64bit? what card do you use and what hashrate does it mine on? Thanks.

I was thinking about buying a ASUS Dual-gtx1060 – 6 GB , what hashrate should that get? 400 to 500kh/s ?
