Somehow the linked market is https://novaexchange.com/market/LTC_ESP/ though, which does not exist because it's still called ESP2 on Novaexchange.
I have no idea why the displayed daily volume and price on CMC are still correct.Probably it's time now for Novaexchange to rename the market to LTC/ESP

It's not all about amount of coins:
You can have a coin with available supply of 36,338,178,044 with 730sat/XRP (#3 coin), 107,668,060,180 supply = 24sat/DOGE (#14), Bytecoin, Sia, DigiByte, etc...
It's more about technology, community, DEV and how the user/market is valuing the currency... So the possibilty to reach 20k sat/ESP is possible - not today, tomorrow or in this year, but you never know...
Just an example for USD;
There was approximately $1.48 trillion in circulation as of October 20, 2016, of which $1.43 trillion was in Federal Reserve notes.
