Do the included .bin files in wolf's miner not work?
You may try the following steps:
1) Start the miner and enter all data for your pool
2) Let the miner create the .bin file and crash with error -63
3) Look for the .bin file, remember its filename and change the filename "espw64-wolf-esp-Tahiti-64.bin" to the one the miner has created
4) Start the miner again, enter all data
5) Hopefully profit?

As you may already read on one of my previous answers, I'm an even poorer NVidia user who has to deal with some crappy 100 kH/s.
That's because I don't have a .bin for the AMD GPUs.
I could you only give one for the GTX960 (working with Win), but that won't help you.
Do you have some software developing skills? Then you could debug wolf's miner with Visual Studio 2013.
I'll currently installing VS2013 and I'll have a look at it. But as I don't have an AMD GPU, it would be very hard for me to track down the error.
Another idea - What's happening when you start the miner and let it create a .bin file?
Did you also copy the folder "kernel" to the miner? And on the "Algorithm" question you have to enter hmq1725.
Let me know if this works.
I know I'm asking for a lot, but can you maybe optimize the miner for nvidia cards? Because as of right now, I'm getting 150KH/s with my GTX780 Ti.
Burning so much electricity. My Core i7 gets higher hashrates.
I'm using a Zotac GTX 780 Ti AMP! Overclocked to 1150 MHz.

We're telling you it's not the bin. Wolf0 cannot help you if he cannot recreate the issue.
EDIT: I've seen screenshots of users running it. It's not an inside crowd. If you have issues CONTACT HIM! WORK WITH HIM! Seriously do I need to break out a peacepipe over here?

Dude, that's not how building miners works. Every system is different, the only reason why I know this is because it's very similar to compiling software that interfaces directly with hardware for anyone, not only is every system different, every user's machine, install path everything is always different.
If you're having an issue, which you blatantly are, try asking Wolf0 for help instead of demanding things that won't have any affect on your situation.
EDIT: If you're paranoid, build out a quick VM and let Wolf SSH into it... I'm sure he'll help you out if you stop fudding and actually work with him.

The problem has manifested under Linux as well for some people - it is not a Windows/Linux incompatibility.
wolf0 screwed up and he still did not provide a valid version for windows ..
If I cannot replicate a bug, I cannot fix it. Is that simple enough for you?

Full access? No, he just wants to work with source or your local environment as EVERY SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT and you cannot just assume because it doesn't work on one it doesn't work on all. That's like saying "well I bought an XBOX and it was DOA thus all XBOX's are piles of shit" (insert console of choice as an example).

i didnt test under linux because i didn't want to scratch my rig for test

Please note we have offered many times over to assist you. if you have a genuine issue or concern please contact us and we will help you figure out the issue you are experiencing.
If you are not willing to work out the issue however THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. if we cannot recreate the error or work closely with someone encountering the error we cannot possible fix something that isnt broken... please understand.
