My ESP I have sent yesterday has not arrived to livecoin.net .
Is there a way to tell, at Livecoin, if they have updated to new ESP software, and if they are on the right fork please?

Guys, I need some help.
I set up the wallet, synced it 100% with everything right.
How do I go about encrypting my espers wallet tho? I did not receive a private or public key for the wallet on espers like I would with a wallet I created else where...Do I just click the encrypt button on the esper wallet settings and put it a password and that is it?!?!?!?

If you encrypt your wallet it will not warn POS awards unless you unlock it so if you have enough to earn a good POS amount you should just not bother it. Otherwise you encrypt and enter password. If you ever forget the password the coins are lost forever unless you backed up the wallet.dat file before encrypting. But any addresses you created after encrypting won't be in that backup file.

You are just upset you didn't get in when the price was 1 satoshi - you could have made a fortune.
Now you just want to FUD to drop the price down so you can get in on it. Otherwise you would not be caring about a coin ranked 280 on CMC! No one ever does. Why don't you go complain about the 1k garbage coins on CMC? It's because you care about this one lol.
Too bad the Espers rocket ship is taking off to 50 sats, and it's not stopping back anytime soon!

You obviously do care. Why don't you make fun of the people who invest in Bitcoin Trash, as their investment has actually LOST money this recent season. If the price goes up, you will feel bad because you missed the x100 train (going from 1 to 100 sats in the future).
Why make fun of people who can cash in their profits for x17. Even for alt season, this is pretty good.
The jealous will be jealous. If you sell your Bitcoin Cash and buy this, like I did, it won't be too late.

So if i sent espers from my wallet (correct blockchain) to coinexchange (apparently wrong one according to this ann), are they lost or will they be returned after 24h?
They will be stuck and you will have to use a guide where somewhere to get them back.
That's what happened to me.

Hi guys downloaded the most current wallet and im on the right block explorer count, sent to coinexchange 3 transactions and they never got there. prior to downloading the most current wallet it was fine. i was able to send to exchange no problem. You know what the issue could be. Thank you.
coinexchange.io have not updated the walletThat's true? I have to worry about it? what should I do? I have all my ESP capital at coinexchange. I do not want to switch to the offline wallet or I'm seeing many losing their ESP or having headache to find the block. I'm a layman in offline wallets
You need to leave it at Coinexchange.io until they get their wallet sorted out.

So in June 2017 I bought a bunch of Espers I think on novaexchange or something. I then created a paper wallet via walletgenerator.org and sent the coins there. I have the public and private key. Looking up the public key in the explorer shows the coins. When trying to import it into the client it says "Invalid private key (code -5)".
Are my coins gone?

Hello Guys. Today i downloaded wallet from offical site. I am on 729118 block and have sync status 99,94 % but its not grow up, can u tell my why ? Please help me, i am new in ESP 
You are on the wrong fork, like many of us. Official chain is at 729195 https://stats.espers.io/, and going up.
Delete all your files inside ESP folder in /roaming except for wallet.dat and reload blockchain bootstrap.
I suggest we all wait for a new, more stable, version.

That's how it should be. Then why don't all nodes switch to that chain when they see the blocks?
I have to admit that this is somewhat above my head, to me it doesn't make sense. Note that this also happens with some clients which have the correct, newest version. It happened to my own client as well, says "incorrect proof-of-stake" even though it is the newest version. That's also why I was asking people to look at their debug.log instead of just using the bootstrap blindly.I was wondering that also. Why aren't all the nodes following the longest chain and all I can come up with is coding error(s). The wallets need to be fixed.

I suggest we all wait for a new, more stable, version.

I suggest you use the official blockchain from the OP of this thread (don't use the link in the article), which I will not paste here for security. Be careful with non-devs posting a bootstrap, it's a security issue.
A side note - it seems Livecoin's ESP daemon is also on the wrong fork. Is there a way to tell their block height, I can't find it anywhere at their site?
