The update of my esp wallet has stopped by November 1st. There is no more block download. Nodelist is connecting to network but no synchronization at all. Could someone please tell me what could be the problem?

Good morning, I have a problem I made a withdrawal from the Novaexchange for wallet that I downloaded here from the version v0.8.6.7-Patch 0 Alpha forum and it already has 1 day and has not fallen in the wallet yet. I saw that it was already sent and all the confirmations are ok but it does not appear in the wallet, my system is the windos. I saw that a new version has already been updated and has the same number as the wallet since the shipment has not fallen yet.
