Yes we spoke of this earlier. It is good news. All the ETC will end up in the hands of those that want them. An attempt for the EF to save face? Of course the Dao holders are predominately Foundation supporters and will sell to try and crash the price. But they tried that many times before and we are still here. If the price goes to next-to-nothing we will continue to hash.

Therefore: we still have value if only as disruption technology. Then we will be free from the hold of the foundation just in time for our new phone wallets. (mixers/tumblers too maybe?)

The link reads....From reading around it seems the plan is return these ETC to their rightful owners - the original DAO holders. There are 7m of these in total (so you might expect this account to further increase from 4.1m in the near future).

They are popular in china too but I think their English is adequate. They are very literate on slack. Communication is good. That video maybe somone Chinese with North/East European influence

It is very difficult to understand how the land lies with the FUD in the Western Media. I know America seems very anti Russia for some reason,

Deputy Director of Rosfinmonitoring, Pavel Livadny, hopes that the new currency will be more convenient for Russians, and reduce the costs related to financial transactions.

However at the same time, there are plans to ban all other cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin.

You have to remember also that both Russia and Great Britain are trying to start crypro economies. It will not be long (here in UK) before i will be able to pay my Electricity Bill in crypto. When this happens more services will follow, Internet for instance. Therefore exchanges will become irrelevant because we will be earning and spending in crypto.
It all starts end of October.
