when the hardfork happens, do our coins need to be on MEW or will exchanges like Binance honor the fork?
as soon as i see ANY ICO hitting on ETC and theres even a vague connection with Barry or any of the developers, im quitting
However there are many amazing news in the coming weeks including a hard fork on 13th July where each ETC holder will receive ETE in the ratio of 1:1 for free!!

Very nice news for ETC, the most important thing is that, sice they are developing sidechains, in the future they can build it as a sidechain to reduce the risk of network congestion to zero
I bought into the pre-pre-sale for accredited friends of the devs. And I gotta tell you this is the best pre-pre I've ever bought. I own 20% of the total supply and that's great for a cryptocurrency.

.. very funny it seems he did not really know about ETC maybe he think ETC is an ICO coin if it is true he has a total supply as much as 20% of his house is likely made of gold.

Which is already over so I hope that there will be some positive announcements especially because the market is negative recently.
I am not really surprised at all why the price is negative as everything is going down right now. Hard for any coin to stay in the green.
Bitcoin is in a beartrend and as long as that trend has not reversed NO altcoin will reverse neither.
Maybe there is an exception to the rule but what you generally said has been true for the whole history of crypto so far. It all depends on Bitcoin.

ETC hard fork is a network improvement and since it just represents an upgrade of the network, there won't be any separation of the block, so no free coins.
I assume in this scenario the attacker causes unwanted forks or denies transactions. I don't know what happens beyond that, it's a very expensive attack to maintain.
