holy shit ETC price has been all over. I was able to accumulate some more ETC than I had before with these crazy price movements but not as much because I really didn't think it was going to drop so hard as it did already both in btc value and usd value. The whole market is suffering so it's not just a thing about ETC. But I'm pretty confident that the development is going in the right direction.

ETC want be a decentralized and ETH is mainly centralized.
one ETC pool has 43% share http://gastracker.io/stats/miners
if the share exceeds 50% , then the control of a coin will have this pool
but it is good, so the coin will be financed by the pool and the government that controls the pool  Wink

Quote
ETC is POW and ETH preparing to become POS.
the cards manufacturers will Fund the coin that mine of their cards  Wink

can you give any info why: "the government that controls the pool"

decentralization does not exist, the coin is managed by either the developers or the pool

how do you like it better: Is your money managed by a pool that is subordinate to the state or by a few people who are not subordinate to anyone?

Bitman pools own more than 50% of the BTC share

YOU are WRONG. Bitmain owns hash rate and they may forbid some BTC changes as a hard fork but the do not own 50 percent ow whole BTC coins. There is  big difference when someone is coin owner and can simple throw all coins into market at once, or even can print coins without end as ETH do.

So maybe now you will change your mind and understand that decentralization is way better that centralization on a private persons, who are not controlled by any government.

The development of the Ethereum Classic coin project has been constantly growing, and the price trend has also risen steadily, enjoying the huge dividend of the encrypted currency market in recent years.

So just to be clear, the difference between ETC and ETH is that ETC takes a stance of leaving the block chain unchanged regardless of circumstances while ETH doesn’t (or didn’t) follow that regarding the DAO incident?

Are there any other differences because it still seems like their purpose and use is still the same.

ETC has limited coin emission, ETH has unlimited coin emission.

ETC is POW and ETH preparing to become POS.

ETC want be a decentralized and ETH is mainly centralized.

ETC do not suit for businesses right now and ETH suits for business very well.

ETC price is undervalued and ETH price is way too much overvalued.

PS. one merit from all who are reading would be a perfect thank you.
thanks for your assistance.
i want to ask one more question? you told ETC is POW and ETH preparing to become POS. when will this happen? i first hear this rumours 2 years ago.

Keeping original idea behind ethereum to me is a laudable effort that must be supported! Cryptocurrency should stay decentralised no matter who started it! This is the only way we can present something different, useful and progressive to the world. ETC is towing this path!

This is a great opportunity.
What are you waiting for to buy an ETC before heading to the 500k seat.
Just waiting for April.

would you be so kind and share your view more detailed? Why 500 k ?

Yeah... it's not even close to moon..

I realize it is still far away with the Moon.
But the current ETC price is the lowest.
there are still many unresolved projects.
And that is a great opportunity.

i am a trader and i do not like to HODL position at all. This time i am HODL ETC for a 2018 year period. I do predict that ETC price may surpass 150-250 € at the end of year. There is very small possibility that ETH will change POW to POS and it will let ETC get some value form ETH. And if ETC will fully launch smart contracts and they will be approved by people like ETH was, ETC price will surpass 450-550 €

Still i do hold some cash for a trading. No matter how low price will fall i will not add more ETC to my portfolio as there is way too much unclear 2018 -2020 road of ETC price. I do add other currencies.

500 sats for ETC looks like a nice way out haha.
Even of it reaches 100k sats its a good deal considering ETH has also been going down steadily over the last week or so

Btw has anyone got the callisto airdrop coins?

When the ETC to 500 I will buy it with all my possessions.
But that is impossible, because the ETC is one of the most successful ETH smart contracts.  Cheesy

prepare for the next pump i, this is recovering time

recovery to a flat price is not a pump. Pump will be if we will breach last time ATH or we will breach All time ATH

Ethereum Classic is also a coin worth buying on the bargain base and held by the middle long line. ETC may break out at some point in the future.
