It's pretty simple. Most of the incoming investors do not know why ETC exists and even if they do they don't care. Cryptocurrencies have lost their way. An immutable blockchain is as intrinsic to cryptocurrencies as free speech is to a free country. What pains me about the growth of cryptocurrencies is not the new size of the community, but how the community has changed.

That's what mainstreaming things does to it. You don't get a surge of smart people joining, you get a herd of sheep joining.

The only thing good about these sheep is that they carry the wool. Which are so god damn important.

Most people getting into cryptocurrencies these days have zero clue what makes them special. ETH is a goddamn joke, what is the point of these smart contracts when you can undo them if you don't like the result?

and i trasfered my etc with my paperwalelt key the etc show up but it wont let me send them.
i get always a sorry something went wrong try again later.
now i saw there is something going on with confirmations and sort of delisting maybe
can someone tell what this means for a portis wallet ?

I think the ETC team has a good surprise for the entire global crypto community. Spring 2021 will be a new era in the development of the ETC coin, this is an objective reality.

I don't know what plans Vitalik has, but I think that unfortunately the ETC development team is not doing anything to promote and develop this currency. Why did they lose interest? Do they know something we don't know? If others could, why couldn't they? Is there a syncope in the ETC blockchain? What is the real reason why this currency not only stays in place but unfortunately decreases against ETH and all other currencies? I am very upset like others in fact and I realize that it was one of the worst placements I have ever made.

He probably plans to take us aboard his ship, and the cheaper our coin is, the better for him, although everyone hopes that compensation in the event of the merger will be one to one.
Well, if he doesn't take us on board, then he will be worse. The story of how he made a fork and violated the law of irreversibility of transactions will haunt him for the rest of his life :-)

Why were so many network updates made to make the coin cheaper?
Doesn't anyone really need this coin or is it being gradually destroyed by Vitalik?
Who hires hackers for attacks 51%, why are they attacking our coin and not some others?
He hates this coin because it is original and his coin is a fork, but is our community to blame for this?
He himself decided this was his choice, so let him step aside and do not interfere with our development!
I don't believe that he had nothing to do with the fact that our coin is now so cheap.

What the hell is going on? Can someone explain this?
