I have experienced similar situations, but this is due to incorrect gas settings in the wallet.
If you withdraw money from a cryptocurrency exchange, then look at the history of withdrawals and the status of the payment.
There are delays in the withdrawal of funds on centralized exchanges, so I stopped using them

Couple people are trying to help you but you are way to vague with your information.    If it was an ETH problem, we would see it on the blockchain.   If it is a 3rd party that has your ETH from which you tried to withdrawal then it is on them to get it on the blockchain.     

So...   where are your with-drawling from?  An exchange?   A person?   A smart contract?    You paid $20?

What do you mean by not showing in balance? You can always check it on etherscan. Sometimes if fee is low it takes longer time for transaction to go through.
Make sure you used good fee. If it got rejected, it will reflect in your balance after some time.

Nop it's already sent, by meaning pending the eth still not showing in my balance

If "pending" then the exchange hasn't processed the withdrawal yet..   nothing to do with ETH.     

You may be using a low commission

This is a Layer-2 solution. You transfer assets to the Layer-2 chain and trade there with minimal commissions.

Summer is not the most active period for trading and price growth, so price correction in the market is possible, but I'm not sure about that.

I think, you are totaly right. But I think 2500$ we will see early then 3 month. I expect that ETH price will grow a lot when BTC price stop incrasing.
