Juicin' crypto
There is no better example of a scam in technology history than Ethereum

There is no subjectivity necessary to state the obvious, it's completely derived from the premine, from their idiocy in every single thing they do.

Ethereum group are literally made of only people who are unable to make a single rational choice in their lives, starting with always permissioned designs like PoS and premines and ICO's and ending with failures like countless subjective forks forced on everyone, money confiscations, censorship already demonstrated. They even failed at accidentally forking the chain a few times due to incompetent devs. But only incompetent developers cannot tell if 1 or 2 is bigger and cannot calculate how only 1 trusted party can have 70% of supply in the damn premined design.

Ethereum is a community of only illiterate idiots and scammers with literally no other options to explain a choice for a centralized platform cosplaying crypto.

a singledumb image can explain more than 100% of their community understands in lifetime, but why not several:

It's not possible in this universe to be more of an idiot or a scammer than to be a member of the ethereum community.

It's a statement fully objective to accurately describe something as those words were intended for upon their creation.

Stop treating them like they have an equally valid opinion when they are promoting 1 > 2, 70% is ~ 0%, and how network that already demonstrated trivial subjective censorship and confiscations is trustless and censorship resistant.

Hi, one question, so will be next fork - ETH (ProgPow) and ETH 2.0 (PoS)?
If the decision to change the mining algorithm was to be accepted, then the ETH (ProgPow) fork would come before ETH 2.0 (PoS) beut there is still ongoing debate between the devs where a conclusion has not yet been made.

Some say upgrading the mining algo at this point in time is useless and should instead focus on Eth 2.0 and the new planned Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algo.

I'm interested in the situation with the EIP-1057 and ProgPow.
In mid-2020, the developers planned to launch Ether 2.0, but they still can not make decisions with the algorithm for ether 1.0

Petition of protest against ProgPow.

Proof of stake this year?

Minimum amount?
Proof of stake promise to launch in mid-2020.
Follow the news https://blog.ethereum.org
Now testing network ETH 2.0 and its launch depends on the test results

Minimum amount - 32 ETH

And the best wallet to use for staking?

I used exodus before the interface is good but fees too high.

If they decide to make a full migration into PoS as Vitalik proposed a few months ago, I think it will not be that complicated.
On the other hand, it will be complicated and hard to do if they decide to implement the parallel consensus as they planned many years ago.
Quite vague I suppose because we do not know what will they choose.
About the migration time, surely they will give us a plenty of time because they know it can not be done in a single month.

“Phase 0 is the first phase of the Ethereum 2.0 launch. This will release the proof-of-stake network, which will come online this year.” - Vitalik

People need to migrate into the new chain.

Hopefully, that migration won't be that complicated, imagine for those holding many different tokens under ETH, and then if at the same time they have similar deadlines in order to migrate not just one but many of their tokens. the best way would be that ETH developers think ahead of this issue and give plenty of time to holders with many different tokens under ETH network.

Certainly does not look good for ETH going by that graph. Trouble really could be on the horizon.

What is going on behind the scenes at Ethereum? They have delayed their updates roll out and things are not looking good on many fronts.

In the current altcoin season, there are many coins that have waves of 20, 30, 50 or 60 percent of rises, but ETH and XRP have not yet had such exponential growths. So I hope both ETH and XRP will have such growths next weeks.
You are wrong, Ethereum price has been growing since the year began even better than BTC. In fact, it has been leading most major altcoins. Just try to check out the data on coingecko for the price growth in the last 90 days for those top coins

I'm trying to load Ethereum-Wallet-win64-0-11-1 on windows 10 but i only have a blank box. The same situation is on both computers. I did the delete and reinstall, but it doesn't help. I also installed geth-windows-amd64-1.8.23-c9427004. Does anyone know what's at stake? I have a few ETHs and can't use them now.
Use other cryptocurrency wallets, for example:  mycrypto, metamask & mew. I have been using mycrypto wallet for a long time.

Look for more information here
https://ethereum.org/wallets/

The old wallet is no longer supported by developers, if I remember correctly.

“Phase 0 is the first phase of the Ethereum 2.0 launch. This will release the proof-of-stake network, which will come online this year.” - Vitalik

Phase 0 will help ETH to keep investors more interested in buying ETH, because of the PoS feature as a sharding (sidechain) of ETH It seems that sidechain are the new way to handle big amount of tx. Hopefully, these new updates won't take any longer as the project did in the past already.
It will come and maximum time should be next year as already stated by some ethereum core developers. I think the implementation of the sharding will be much more easy when it will be going to the sidechain. People need to migrate into the new chain. This time testnet of beacon chain already exist and that gives an example about how ethereum POS works.
