Which country is this ICO from ? The idea sounds really vague, developing a protocol so that application can be built on top, blah blah blah, could someone explain this in plain english ?

Company is registered on the Cayman Islands. The idea is fully discribed in the whitepaper with technichal details. Have you read it? Developers are online all day long answering all the questions even those asked a hundred times. Found out founders are all 2016 Australian graduates
I just posted these same questions on their telegram chat and now they have blocked my account => Big redflags
