Do you plan to have these as a feature of your network and if so how many coins will be required to set one up?

There are two types of nodes in the 3DCoin network:
Classic node: No stake is required, host full blockchain. No Block Reward
Masternode: 1000 3DC stake, host full blockchain, Instant send, Coin Blend features, Block Reward (5% to 15%)
Districtsnode: 2000 3DC stake, host full blockchain + Districts Dapps. Block Reward (25% to 35%)
All details about master-nodes will be included in the next Whitepaper update (30 Dec 2017).
Can you explain what is mean 25% to 35% in 3DC coin. How much is it daily, monthly..?
Also can it bee possibly to host more than one masternode on same IP address?

The blocks reward are divided between nodes and miners:
Miners 50%
Master nodes %5 and up over time to 15% max
DistrictsNodes will get 25% and up over time to 35% max
and Yes, you can have unlimited masternodes on the same ip address, but we recommend a dedicated server or VPS for DistrictsNodes because the minimum configuration is 2 cpu core, 12 GB ram, 512 SSD, 1Gbit internet.
