I am running Masternode at Windows 8 on my own PC. It has full internet access also disabled energy saving on machine and network card. Still having internet disconnect after 1 hour running. If anyone faced similar problem please answer here Huh

to run a masternode yes,

to stake no, although optimally you'd run it whenever you have coins that are ready to stake, you can run it occasionally

if you want to set up vps there's plenty of expertise available in the slack channel to help out

0.5 reward to a masternode each block
there are currently around 100 masternodes and 60 second blocks = around 1440 blocks /day

~ 14.4 blocks/day = ~7 excl perday

this will change depending on quantity of masternodes
