Can I run 2 masternodes from the same IP ?

no never Heard that working. its like oppening two times same wallet. one wallet will get fork... i think. masternodes  always uniqe

..  and forked masternodes do orphaned blocks for others.. no good
blocks get created, but not good for chain. you made a virus lol, would have to ensure, no 2 nodes on 1 ip...

May I ask how are orphaned blocks form during PoS and how can we reduce the number of such incidents? Why are blocks generated but not accepted? My wallet is the latest version and up to date. Might it be due to my internet connection?

I'm asking as to find ways to improve PoS profitability and efficiency. Would love to have the community help out and let other new stakers learn and benefit Smiley Thank you

hi! great question! reducing orphanedblocks is always good! i am staking lots of coins, and since a few das of the start, orphanedblocks reduced with time. how many coins you have? look into coin control, what is the weight for your stake inputs. if you just started staking give it some time, to make weight inputs better... Internet Connection  should not be a prob. unless you have 56k modem lol... just a joke
very good point.. i will give some Update how much is my ratio between orphanedblocks and accepted... tomorrow. you can compare later to it. Smiley

guys, excl still in development? just saw there are 90 masternodes. how is it working by using dynamic IP's?

someone on another coin suggested using a dns forwarder,
they used noip.com

you set up on their site a url such as
mymasternode.noip.com
and use that in your conf files

noip.com then provides a small app that monitors your local ip, when it changes it will change the forwarding rules to your new ip.

so mymasternode.noip.com will be regularly updated to your dynamic ip

just played around a little bit and was asking myself if the mymasternode.noip.com address needs the :23230 as well? something like mymasternode.noip.com:23230, but it looks weired Cheesy dont know if its necessary or not
