Actually, they joined the slack team not because they forced to, but because they want to. It's not all about the money, fame or something, the members just want to have some friends with the same goals. You should understand it first before you say it out your wrong opinion.

Did you check the global markets? BTC surpassed $700/each. Almost all alt coins are on a downtrend, so this doesnt have anything to do with development related. It's actually been a topic of discussion for about a week now. Check the threads and also join our slack for regular updates.

in 1.4.16 they updated web3 which doesnt have the expanse unit, so change it to "ether" and it will work.

That's a risky strategy. Surely 99% of us, other than the billionaires do not know how far BTC will push. Using a positional strategy is a lot more safer. Set your order, leaver it, them wait for it to execute. Trying to predict on the short-run can leave you burned.

Its a scarce commodity that continues to change how the world functions. Short term the rise in btc is a little rough for alts but overall i think its great.
