There is no .conf. Just a qt.exe file in the wallet.
That's your problem....make a file using Notepad:
C:\Users\$USER\%App Data%\Roaming\friendshipcoin\friendshipcoin.conf
You'll need to have Hidden Folders showing (Tools > Folder Options > View) & make sure you don't have an extra .txt extension on the file when you make it (open the folder, go to folder options like before, & uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types").
Here's what you should have in that file:

Not sure about the community. I've been working on spreading the word but I think people aren't interested until it's on an exchange and they think they can make some BTC with it. Dunno, this is my first attempt at building up a coin so hard to say.

Need more pools, the network is not balanced.
I agree just haven't had anyone, except one person, start one.
I'm hoping to set up my first pool site overnight tonight. My first one will be for Premine (it's only for transaction fees & this is my 1st attempt @ a pool - I figure it's a low-consequence coin to start with.)
Once I have that, I'll put FSC as my 2nd. I'll keep everyone updated
