It worked for me. You need to consider to also delete the old blockchain. Download the blockchain completely and everythink works fine.
BACKUP WALLET, DELETE BLOCKCHAIN, THEN RUN YEP NO CONF IS NEEDED YOU SHOULD SYNC NO PROBLEMS

It worked for me. You need to consider to also delete the old blockchain. Download the blockchain completely and everythink works fine.

FYI - deleted everything in Roaming but conf and wallet -rescanned
