why ?? other pools simply shut down the whole pool without notice
remember, these are free services...Again, i'm just closing the stratum's, not the page, you can withdraw your funds at anytime ... also the next 2 weeks' blocks, no worries.
You need a reason ?
On the Skein Pool there is 1 user mining, on the Sha Pool also 1 miner and on the groestl there are 3.
Since the Pool lives from donations, i simply cannot afford this three pools anymore, they take "space" on the servers for three full coin slots.. I could place other coins on this slots with much more miners or simply fully new coins.
If you donate the servercosts for the next month, I'll surely let the pools up, no problem

There doesn't seem to be much interest in doing the bounty work, perhaps because the bounties are too small. I'll pledge to match the dev's amounts for any and all of them completed between now and one week from now, provided at least one other person pledges the same or more.

how about making exchange where you can change FC directly for any other coin?
there are exchanges for FC but you have to change it to BTC and then to change to what ever you like.
but making it possible to exchange FC for anything will maybe change things a bit.

I was thinking to buy some coins but thus kFC thing is pretty bad. It makes possible for the price to be 0.001 satoshi in the worst scenario. It's kinda deal breaker.
Dev, is it possible to change it and make everything as usual, just FC? It'll make the price at least x10 from current price even if FC would cost 1 sat. I think this kFC thing is killing your coin.

I don't see the "kFC" business as an issue. It is profitable to mine at its current price and that price has been remarkably stable. If it's true that the vesting scheme leads to better price stability then that is a good thing and could lead to FC becoming a winning coin.
What it does need is more buzz, and involvement of the dev. The vesting period provides time for that to happen before mined coins hit the market, but it's starting to get a little concerning that none of it is happening yet.
Ideas, anyone?

Looks like ill be switching to another coin after seeing 20180 confirms needed. and to then goto an exchange no doubt will take a long time for it to arrive.
Coins sent/received are completed in 6 confirms.
20180 is for mined coins to mature.
