As a side note: Galilel is the worlds first crypto currency which has proportional Zerocoin Proof-of-Stake (zPoS) rewards depending on the block reward!
- Block 245,000: Zerocoin v1 activation
- Block 245,000: Zerocoin v2 activation
- Block 286,600: zPoS activation
- Modified reward structure to generate only integer numbers during PoS / zPoS as smallest Zerocoin denomination is 1
- zGALI Rewards (from block 245,001): 1 zGALI

- zGALI Rewards (from block 430,001): MN 40%, zPoS 60%

We've published the intermediate Galilel wallet v3.0.1 to fix the zGALIv1 spending bug. Everybody must follow the instructions below as we forked the chain at block 270.077, all wallets have to be updated.
1. Download the intermediate Galilel wallet from: https://galilel.cloud/#wallets
2. Download the intermediate bootstrap from: https://galilel.cloud/bootstrap-intermediate.tar.gz
3. Remove everything except wallet.dat, galilel.conf, masternode.conf and backups folder and copy files from bootstrap archive to it otherwise you have to completely resync the chain
4. Start the wallet.
5. Try to convert small amount of zGALI first (e.g. 1 zGALI)! You can do it in "Privacy" tab and enable "Show Denominations" to look for proper amount of denominations to spend.
The wallet will automatically reindex the whole zGALI blocks, whenever it is started. So startup will always take more time. Also zGALI automint is disabled in this release.

Will this 10% monthly budget for Dev only be for the development team? Or is there any slice for marketing or bounty?
It works via masternode budget voting and proposals can include all activities which would help the coin to grow from any side, including dev funding, marketing, etc...

We will publish intermediate mandatory update to fork the chain at block 270.000 to allow all users suffering from the zGALIv1 spend bug to convert them back to GALI and with another update some days later we will enable zGALIv2 with zPoS.
@kurbeks. We had to postpone the new BCT announcement a bit due to zGALIv1 spend bug which we need to fix before and the earlier zGALIv2 with zPoS activation. So will come most probably next week.
