No one should be banned for stating things except the person is being rude and displaying unruly behaviour. What you should do is counter his or her statements with facts. Banning people is like shutting people down and preventing them from sharing their views with people. Its never good for any project. This is the reason why I seldom get involved with projects that do not have visible development team. Who are we to hold responsible for anything that goes wrong?

You also forked CryptoDice, which has been proven to be a scam. You stated that it's offline due to lost coins and you're waiting to hear from your "dev." That dev has been offline for 4 years for obvious reasons as it's a scam. See link below.

Instead of banning people maybe you should try to diffuse the situation. POS is broken, staking rewards are way too high, making MN rather useless. You have not been transparent at all and try to cover up lies. You can not stop me from spreading the truth.
