IF i would like to transfer my GlideSec from SAE, back to c-cex? how do i do that?... Ive had a transfer sitting in there for a few hours now to get back to c-cex.

Send it to your GlideSEC address on C-cex. Shouldn't take hours, maybe 20-30 mins tops. I've done this several times with no issues.

Just tested this and it took like 10 mins all confirmed

we are changing GlideSEC ticker to XGS and Glidecoin will be XGC

I want to add my opinion before you do this... it doesn't make sense to try and change the ticker of GlideSEC on C-Cex from GLIDE to XGS because you cannot change the asset name in the NXT ecosystem and this might confuse traders even further. Offering GlideCOIN as XGC should be enough to differentiate the two projects if you plan on having both listed on Bitcoin-based exchanges. Using "X" in the ticker is traditionally used in the case of coins, so fine for GlideCoin but being that GlideSEC is an NXT asset it doesn't follow traditional unspoken standards to change GlideSEC's ticker.

I see a tx from the GlideSEC owner address to the Genesis Account but this tx doesn't look like it was executed as stated. I do not see an explicit # of assets transferred in the tx listed at http://www.mynxt.info/transaction/11794654127882350565 I am not FUDding, only looking for transparency and accountability.

Please reply to this.

He ignore it... so that say enough, it is not a fud message, but just ignore it

In fairness, I believe he said they would be destroyed at the same time as the dividend payments, so whilst not answering it with the answer you want, he didn't ignore it

All this nxt stuff was new to me and I can see why some people would be reluctant to do it.

I followed the instructions that were posted here and only sent a small amount glidesec the first time, now I send a few K at a time. What threw me was the fee from c-cex as 3 glide and as a standard is the 1 nxt fee for the transaction.

all relatively simple if you take your time and send small amounts to test the waters with

Quite new to me too. Some crazy stuff, heh.
Just waiting for C-Cex maintenance now so I can transfer coins to SAE.

Just make sure you have one NXT ready for the transfer too

may i know why you will not burn the 1,600,000 coins now rather than when you claim to distribute coins. i do not understand the reasoning. surely to build some confidence you'd burn them before distribution. it does not make sense for you to hold them. only reason so it could be dumped as people buy. given there are not enough buy orders. there is no proof this is legit nor clear proof it is a scam. as far as identity it don't mean anything look at pfc, pyc.

hope it works out for those taking the risk but not for me. high risk high reward but please don't moan later winner or losers.

Just send the Glidesec and the NXT is taken automatically. If you have 10 NXT or so on C-Cex and the same in your NXT wallet you should be good to send a few GlideSec transactions back and forth should you need to.

I don't understand much about that NXT that need to be sent as well and how exactly do I move my Glide (which I think is Glidesec) from c-cex to SAE.

Its not too difficult, just give it a go. You will need to purchase NXT from C-CEX before you can send your GlideSEC to SAE. NXT assets (like GlideSEC) move on the NXT blockchain so you have to pay the transaction fee to be able to initiate the transaction. I edited my post above some to make it more clear, have a look. I am logging off for the night but there will be others who might be able to help you if you need more assistance.

I dont get that part, so I buy NXT? how many? Do i send both my NXT and GLIDE at the same time to my NXT address? :s or do just send GLIDE over? & c-cex takes x amount of Nxt?

This is all very confusing to be honest... -___-
GLIDE trading on C-cex is actually GlideSEC right?

GlideCOIN is not launched yet, right?

Correct, Glide is GlideSEC, the NXT asset that is trading on C-CEX. GlideCOIN is not yet launched but will initially be an NXT asset for distribution purposes, however it will be swappable for an actual coin that will have a blockchain of its own. However, you need to have your GlideSEC in an NXT-based wallet (such as SAE) in order to receive the NXT-asset GlideCOIN that will be distributed to holders of GlideSEC in their wallets that they will hold until the actual GlideCOIN wallets are made available.

Thanks, things are starting to get a little clearer. C-Cex is under maintenance with the Glide/NXT wallet tho, right? I'm thinking I can't move my Glide to SAE before thats fixed?

Correct - this is what I just found out. This has nothing to do with GLIDEsec directly. The wallet will be enabled after NXT sync. See above posts for further detail

Thanks!

BTW, I think things would be a lot more clear if the ticker for GlideSEC could be changed to something like $GLIDESEC or $GLISEC or $GLIDES or whatever instead of just $GLIDE. Calling Glidesec just $Glide can cause a lot of confusion regarding the GlideCOIN that actually has nothing to do with it.

And would be cool to call the GlideCoin something like $GLIDEX or $GLIX.
Just throwing some suggestions out there to avoid the trouble that I went through to figure this out.

we are changing GlideSEC ticker to XGS and Glidecoin will be XGC
