Don't bother mate, you'll have the amount credited sooner than the time needed for your ticket to be answered.
If a deposit gets stuck, you get it in about 24-72 hours (from what I've experienced and what I've heard so far). There's no way anyone is going to answer to you in the meantime!

I was so happy when I got a 1.27GBX payment today from finding a single block today, but when I went checked the price, it all made sense. With over 40 GBX, it seems like I wasted a good month of my power and life mining shit once again, WTF can a person mine that wont immediately turn to shit- I am not in the business of mining and selling I am in the business of hodling.
