A few months ago I looked on this forum and the link to changing my Ether based tokens said the deadline is the end of the year (December 31, 2020). Since my wallet is on an old computer, I decided to wait until December when I have time to get the computer out again.
So, today I come here to look at the process when I see that the deadline was moved to September. The word disappointed is an understatement. It said December 31 when I last checked.
I tried to submit a support ticket when I the ticket system said I am not authorized to create an account.
I really do not know what to do at this point. I don't even know if anyone will see my post on this forum.
I really hope to get a response and that I can still trade in my old tokens.
Please help!

When I read about the token swap earlier, I simply set an alert in my calendar for my vacation week in October, which is now. When I received the alert today, I went to the post on the goodomy site to learn how to do the swap and I saw the dates all changed. Then I went to the reddit goodomy to figure out what was going on and I saw that it's switched to private and not viewable anymore. Hence my post in here.

I tried to reset my password and then it says I'm not registered. It's like an endless loop. After posting here I tried to create a ticket again and the same loop kept happening. I did however send in a contact note using the popup window on the ticket system (the email icon at the bottom), which popped up a form and that seemed to go through. I don't know if it actually went through or not though.
I'm sure there are other people wondering the same thing, especially if they can't see the reddit notices or open a ticket.
