Yes! In this way, we're considering the user's perspective more than crypto's perspective. Users want fast and cheap, so we're giving them fast and free. Seller's want something that's easy to use, and Goodomy makes that as simple as possible.

We're targeting the biggest slice of the market, which is regular folks. The same folks who use Facebook or YouTube might find some value in Goodomy over Bitcoin or Ethereum (which most people don't understand or even know about).

And, those users who do know about how it works (and how to load up on Goodomy via Ethereum) will be the main drivers of the market. It's a win-win.

I agree on your opinion. The increasing demand of the people requires the technology of the project to be improved as well. Improve quality, adaptability to the increasing demands of existing services and new services. This will make Goodomy able to compete and grow in the market.

Goodomy v1.0 is here!

We're very happy to announce that Goodomy version 1.0 has been completed and is ready for download. at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shopomy

Changes from the previous version include the following:

ability for users to browse without registering
ability for users to see (and use Goodomy for) e-commerce listings from around the world
ability for retailers to post their e-commerce listings and use Goodomy for the transactions
send Goodomy to anyone in the world with just their mobile number
send a tip or payment via the Goodomy QR code (posted on their YouTube channel, blog or other website, laptop, mailbox, etc)
a more social 'People' tab, the hub of the new user experience
... and much more!

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments. Over the weekend we'll be making sure the app is stable before we resume promoting it next week to the general public.

Feel free to test it out with some listings of your own (but just delete your test listings before Monday; and of course you can make permanent listings, too!)

Thanks. We'll start working on it again when Goodomy 1.0 is done. We decided to devote most resources to 1.0, since we wanted to make some bigger changes in the new version.

It looks like 1.0 should be ready for download this Tuesday/Wednesday, but I'll post here again when it's ready.

Just read first 2 post of Kosmost in this ANN and whitepaper you will understand the concept.
Actually GOOD Dollar will bring liquidity to the business and can be compared to the reward system but it will work for both consumer and business (Instead of only business awarding for discount to consumers now consumer can award GOOD $ to business so both got power.)

It is not feasible for small shops to run their rewards program and they can be benefited by GOOD dollar.

Yes, G is plain and effective and look more tied to the business image , but smiley in other logo , open board in shop picture and background green colour make that logo very lively and vibrant. Let see what other thinks. Any way, very nice and eye catching logo design by you.

I usually just throw stuff together quickly and see what sticks. Fast iterations, feedback, and re-iterations seems to work well in other domains so I applied it with Goodomy also.

The new version of Goodomy focuses more on videos and earnings from video posts (to get more people using the app more often) and is supported by the commercial aspect.
