GoRecruit is a blockchain-based artificial intelligence system that supports personnel decisions. Such a multi-component analysis along with processing data from other sources allows determining the type of person.

The type of person along with other data obtained is loaded into a mathematical model, which calculates the rating depending on the type preferred for each profession and makes it possible to compare the candidates among themselves. An employer receives impartial data on the eligibility of an applicant for a vacant position, and as a result, may qualitatively reduce the time of employment. Instead of conducting 50 interviews, part of the work can be entrusted to artificial intelligence: the expert system will analyze the data of applicants, and of all, you can invite for the interview only the candidates with the highest result. Thus, GoRecruit is a supporting tool for making personnel decisions, and the final word is still with the person.
