"DISCIPLINA is a blockchain platform for the projects in educational and recruiting spheres. The use of blockchain technology guarantees the transparency of the platform and creates the conditions for maintaining cofidentiality and reliability of information added by ecosystem participants. TeachMePlease will be the first project based on the DISCIPLINA blockchain platform. It provides the conditions for efficient and effective cooperation between academic institutions and private tutors, and their students. TeachMePlease project does not produce educational content, but provides the conditions for its creation and its exchange between users. The DISCIPLINA blockchain platform architecture is unique, and other educational projects will be able to utilize it in the future.The platform will contain confidential information: classes, assignments, grades, and test results. Therefore, public blockchain solutions, such as Ethereum or EOS, which have open access to all transactions, cannot be used. At the same time, private blockchain solutions, such as Hyperledger, do not provide enough public verifiability. To ensure full support for the needs of the platform, a wholly new educational blockchain will be developed."
Great idea of addressing the parameters of the education sector through a blockchain representation. My hope that this platform will ease up the difficult tasks usual to an educational institution. Again thumbs up for this project!

How will DISCIPLINA work?
The validity of blocks within the private blockchains of educational institutions will be controlled by Witnesses. Witnesses manage the public chain of blocks that will record hashes of the private blocks generated by each educational institution. To confirm the validity of blocks the witnesses will use a consensus algorithm. The permanence of the data stored in the private chains is guaranteed.
Educational institutions will be able to trade the stored data and share it with HR-specialists upon their request.
Fairness of this trade is guaranteed by the special designed data disclosure algorithm.

It will store educational records and provide easy and effective access to that records for recruiters and employers.
And few words about tokens usage. The payments in the projects using DISCIPLINA blockchain will be made in our own cryptocurrency – DISCIPLINA native tokens (DSCP). Due to PoS architecture, you will be able to earn DSCP tokens by maintaining node of DISCIPLINA blockchain on your hardware.
